Garden Care CSA
We offer a a monthly pre-payment system for continued maintenance throughout the growing season, following the typical agricultural CSA model. This system allows us to connect directly with our clients and to grow relationships with them and their land over a season. This connection lets us gain a wholistic understanding of their land and the ecosystem it exists within to provide informed garden care.
By paying in advance clients are securing their spot in our busy schedule, ensuring they get weekly or bi-weekly garden care, and provide us with a source of financial security as we begin our season. With the cost of a CSA share, members help pay for specialized tools and bulk orders of the highest quality of mulch, fertilizer and compost.
Garden Design
We work closely with our clients to design and install their dream gardens, from the initial planning to the final planting. Beginning with an initial consult, we get acquainted with our client’s land and work with their input to help plant out their intended vision. Coming in with a photographer’s eye and a decade’s worth of plant knowledge, we combine visually pleasing ascetics with ecologically complex gardens that transform the land while benefiting the ecosystems already in place.
Annual Gardens
We assist clients with bed prep including forking and mulching, and help build nutrients by working in compost, fertilizer, or cover crops. We also source and plant out vegetable and flower gardens with plants from local growers, and we love helping folks design kitchen gardens, culinary herb gardens and medicinal herb gardens that empowers them to have more sovereignty and accessibility over their food and health.
Perenial Gardens
We offer weeding, edging & general maintenance to help maintain or even recover your already existing perennial gardens. By fortifying the soil with fertilizer & compost, and dividing plants, we can transform an old neglected garden into a thriving oasis. We also recommend additional plantings and install to add an extra pop to an already established perennial landscape. In addition, spring and fall cleanups are a great way to set your gardens up for success for an abundant growing season.
Trees & Shrubs
We provide quality care for trees and shrubs, from initial planting to maintenance and pruning. Pruning is done when the tree is dormant, in the early spring and late fall. In the growing season, we offer fertilization and mulching of trees and removal of dead branches.
We also offer professional tree and shrub planting services, including species and site selection, and bring compost, mulch, soil amendments, fencing and know-how to ensure that your plantings thrive. We have the ability to deliver larger plants if need be, just let us know!
